Is ‘Saaho:The Game’ poster a rip-off of Hollywood film, ‘Ready Player One’s poster?

Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer ‘Saaho’ has been in news since its announcement. It’s less than a month from the release of the movie, and fans are waiting with bated breath. The makers have been releasing posters of the movie to create excitement among the fans. Yesterday, they released the first look of its action game ‘Saaho: The Game’ and it instantly took the internet by a storm and started trending on social media with hashtag #SaahoTheGame.

The game poster of ‘Saaho’ has been accused of plagiarism. It looks similar to the Hollywood film, ‘Ready Player One’s poster. You don’t believe? Have a look at the posters of both and then comment.

This is not the first time the makers are accused of copying. When the first poster of Prabhas covering his face came out, it was similar to the poster of Ryan Gosling’s ‘Blade Runner 2049’. This is not it. The team is also trolled for copying poster ideas from Tom Cruise’s ‘Oblivion’, ‘Breaking Bad’ and many more.

A few days back one of the posters of ‘Judgementall Hai Kya’ featuring Kangana Ranaut was accused of plagiarism by Hungarian photographer Flora Borsi. She shared her picture along with ‘Judgementall Hai Kya’ poster.

Talking about ‘Saaho’, the movie is slated to release on August 30 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Along with Prabhas and Shradhha, the movie also has Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Mandira Bedi, Chunky Panday, Mahesh Manjrekar, and Murali Sharma among others.
