‘Sacred Games 2’: Netflix teases fans with new logo posters of the web series

Directors Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane’s crime thriller ‘Sacred Games’ is all set to make a comeback with the second season. The thriller drama featured Saif Ali Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Radhika Apte in the lead roles. A few days back, the makers had shared an intriguing post hinting at something big in 14 days.

This post had raised the expectations of fans to a new high and today, they have shared a new teaser that has added to the intrigue quotient. Netflix India has now released what looks like some new logo posters of Season 2. We are not sure if these are logo posters or it is some other game that Netflix is playing.

In the teaser, four posters (with the intricate maze-like designs that became the calling card for the show) with the supposed episode titles can be seen. The titles, yet again, are Sanskrit phrases, keeping with the trend of Season 1. They have also added that in six days, everything will be clear. We do wonder if the makers are going to air the new season or make some more important announcements.

‘Sacred Games 2’ is an adaptation to Vikram Chandra’s 1000-page epic novel of the same title. The upcoming season covers the second quarter of the book as the first season covered the previous quarter. The series revolves around Sartaj, a seasoned and cynical Mumbai police officer and a fugitive gang boss, whose cryptic warning help the officer to gather clues to save Mumbai from cataclysm.

We’ll have to wait a little for this mystery to solve.
