SAD! Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh won’t have a single dialogue together in ‘Padmavati’

Moviegoers, who are eagerly waiting to watch Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh together on the big screen in ‘Padmavati’, here’s a bad news for them. Well, there have been reports that there will be a romantic number between Deepika and Ranveer. However, a source reveals that there won’t be a single dialogue between the two.

The source said, “Ranveer and Deepika are not romantically paired opposite each other in the film. There is no romantic song or scene between them in the narrative of the film or even as a dream sequence. In fact, there is no interaction between Alauddin Khilji and Padmavati. This is written history and history cannot be tampered with. Rani Padmavati was a honourable woman, revered even today. Women at that time wore a ‘ghooghat’ to cover their head and face. Sanjay Leela Bhansali, as a filmmaker, has always been sensitive towards people’s sentiments and has treated the subject with utmost respect.”
