Saif Ali Khan has the best advice for daughter Sara Ali Khan for her filmy journey

Sara Ali Khan has become a sensation in Bollywood since the time she stepped foot in Bollywood with her debut in ‘Kedarnath’. The actress is being termed as a star in B-Town already with just having released 2 films. But, looks like her daddy dearest, Saif Ali Khan has advised her the complete opposite as he said not to focus on being a star.

According to a report by IANS, Saif Ali Khan has advised Sara Ali Khan to not focus on being a star but to concentrate only on her acting, he said, “I always tell her to focus on the acting and not being a star, and to always be herself.”

Saif Ali Khan himself does not like to be famous. He says its a hindrance in his life. He says it interferes with getting things done. Due to being famous he cannot walk around the city doing his own thing.

Saif Ali Khan was on the YouTube channel BeerBiceps’ for the video podcast of Ranveer Allahbadia’s ‘The Ranveer Show’, where he opened up about acting, money, to his own growth as an actor including the good and bad days. He said, “I am a slow learner. I think I am still learning acting, and also life.”

Saif Ali Khan will be seen next in ‘Laal Kaptaan’ this Friday and also ended up speaking on death and nirvana. He said he believes that everything is driven by the fact that we are all going to die one day. That’s why art is great as it captures moments, thoughts and stories — which is kind of us freezing time and defying the oblivion of time, of death. Saif says that one feels like let me create something that will maybe last forever.

Apart from Saif Ali Khan, the movie also features Manav Vij, Sonakshi Sinha, Zoya Hussain, and Deepak Dobriyal among others. The movie is produced by Eros International and Aanand L Rai’s Colour Yellow Productions and directed by Navdeep Singh.
