Saif Ali Khan greets the paparazzi as he gets discharged from hospital after undergoing surgery

On Monday, reports did rounds that actor Saif Ali Khan has been admitted to the hospital for sustaining injuries on the sets of his next Devara. Soon after, the actor’s representative confirmed the news that Saif is undergoing tricep surgery for an old injury. A day after going to the hospital, the actor got discharged

Saif Ali Khan discharged from the hospital

Reacting to the reports, Saif had issued a statement regarding the same. He had said, “This injury and the surgery that followed is a part of the wear and tear of what we do. I am very happy to be in such amazing surgical hands and thank all well-wishers for their love and concern.” Reportedly, the actor suffered knee and shoulder fractures while working on Devara.

On Tuesday morning, Saif went home after getting released from the hospital. The actor was accompanied by wife Kareena Kapoor and the two of them greeted the media outside the house. Saif was wearing a blue tshirt and jeans and looked hale, hearty and healthy. Along with it, he had a sling over his shoulder holding his left hand.

On the work front, Saif is playing the antagonist in Kortala Siva’s Devara. The film stars Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead. It also marks Saif’s debut down South. Recently, the first glimpse of Devara came out featuring NTR.
