Saif Ali Khan confirms not being a part of Sara Ali Khan-Kartik Aaryan’s Imtiaz Ali film

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan is one of those rare performers, who is a gentleman on and off the screen. The actor is an honest trier and likes to push the boundaries with the types of roles he does. Now, Saif’s daughter Sara Ali Khan had a dream start to her career and is currently working in Imtiaz Ali’s project with Kartik Aaryan. Saif has now made a big statement regarding his involvement in the film.

Saif Ali Khan has set the record straight and in a statement said, “It’s a lovely movie and I’m very excited in particular that Sara is working with Imtiaz Ali. I wish both the young stars — Sara and Kartik Aaryan the best.”

There were reports that Saif, who was in the first installment of ‘Love Aaj Kal’, will be seen playing the role of Kartik’s father in the sequel. Saif said, “I’d honestly want to play every role provided it’s interesting enough and if the time permitted it. Though Imtiaz was very kind to offer me a part in the sequel of ‘Love Aaj Kal’, I haven’t signed the film contrary to the rumours.”

Sara Ali Khan has had a fabulous start to her career and is allegedly also dating Kartik Aaryan. Both the young actors have loads of potential and we can’t wait to see them on screen!
