Saif Ali Khan is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming film ‘Laal Kaptaan’. The actor has already kick-started the promotions of this revenge drama.
During one such recent interaction, Saif spilled the beans on how Salman Khan replaced him in the action-thriller ‘Race 3’.
Saif was a part of Abbas Mustan’s ‘Race’ and ‘Race 2’. And he wowed the audience with his terrific performance in both the films. However, in ‘Race 3’ it was Salman Khan who played the lead role. When asked about the same, Saif in interaction with Bollywood Hungama revealed that he couldn’t be a part of the film. “We nearly did ‘Race 3’ together. Ramesh Taurani ji, when he gave Salman the lead in that, he offered me a part. But for various reasons, I didn’t connect with it,” shared Saif. The actor went on to add that he shares a great bond with Salman and has great respect for him.
