Post the ‘Rangoon’ debacle, Saif Ali Khan is bracing himself for his next film titled ‘Chef’. The movie, which is a remake of a Hollywood film of the same name, will have Saif essaying the role of a chef who arranges for a food-on-wheels service and it turns out to be a great idea.
Because of his wit and sense of humour, Saif seems to be best suited for this role and well, he has put in quite a few efforts too to make ‘Chef’ worth a watch. The shooting of this film has recently come to an end and the director recently revealed that despite the temperature going below zero degree in New York, the shooting of this film did not stop.
Raja Krishna Menon, the director of the film stated, “We have portrayed a unique side of New York, shot in places where our films rarely go to. We were hit by a snowstorm and the temperature dipped to below zero. It was really sporting of Saif and my crew to shoot in such extreme conditions so that we could use it to our advantage and create the exact mood I had envisaged for this section of the film.”
‘Chef’ has been extensively shot in India and some portions in New York. (Also Read: Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan buy a plush new abode for a special someone)
