Saif-Kareena vs. Shahid-Mira: Who nailed the festive look while party hopping this Diwali?

Bollywood's gorg couple Saifeena made a royal-esque appearance at the ‘Jhakaas’ Kapoor’s party and has given us some seriously envious looks. Kareena Kapoor Khan looked like a queen in a heavily embellished gold sharara with a matching long kurta and exquisite dupatta designed by Tarun Tahiliani. Both the dupatta and sharara had delicate tassels at the hem that created elegant vibes. We just can’t take our eyes off the beautiful traditional emerald jewellery from Shri Hari Diagems that added a hint of colour to the muted outfit. Hair styled in a neat bun and sindoor rounded off Bebo’s look.

Going the royal way

If Kareena looked like a dream, Saif Ali Khan, too, looked every bit handsome and regal in Raghavendra Rathore’s creation that included a shiny maroon kurta and white pyjamas. He teamed up the ensemble with classic black shoes and flaunted that stubble to make it even spicier.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput, as usual, floored us with their cuteness quotient. The two complimented each other and it is a tough task to not be in awe of this adorable couple. While Shahid wore a beige-coloured kurta and a matching Nehru jacket that he clubbed with black shoes that made him look quite dapper, Mira rocked the ethnic look in this blue-green peacock-coloured lehenga with fine white embroidery all over.

She completed her look with a statement black neckpiece looking beautiful as ever and skipped any other accessories altogether. She chose a gold clutch and opted for hair left loose for a more natural look. Mira has never been spotted wearing heavy makeup, and this time too, she donned nude lips and minimal kohl-rimmed eyes. If Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan looked ethereal, Mira Rajput and Shahid Kapoor were all about keeping it understated. Picking a favourite from these two lovely couples is a difficult task, but from the bottom of our hearts, our eyes were only on Mrs. Kapoor. She stole the show single-handedly with her enigmatic aura and made her darling husband Saif, standing next to her, look better too. So, we have a clear winner here, fellas. It’s Saifeena!
