Will Salman Khan’s ‘Dabangg 3’ clash with ‘Super 30’ and ‘Manikarnika’?

Salman Khan is all set to rule the upcoming months and the first half of 2019. Well, we all know that the actor has an interesting line up of films ahead- ‘Bharat’, ‘Dabangg 3’, ‘Ready’ sequel and a dance film with choreographer-director Remo D’Souza. Khan who was last seen in ‘Race 3’, is presently shooting for Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Bharat’, featuring Disha Patani, and Priyanka Chopra. While ‘Bharat’s release date is reported to be Eid, 2019, little is known about his third instalment of ‘Dabangg’.

However, a recent report in Bollywoodlife suggests that the makers of Salman Khan’s ‘Dabangg 3’ are eyeing for Republic Day weekend 2019, for the release. Earlier,it was reported that the makers were keen to release the instalment during Christmas 2018, but they had a sudden change of mind, leading to the film getting delayed.

Which means, that ‘Dabangg 3’, produced by Arbaaz Khan, will now lock horns with Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Super 30’; Kangana Ranaut, Ankita Lokhande and Sonu Sood’s ‘Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi’ and Emraan Hashmi’s ‘Cheat India’ at the box office on Republic Day. There is no official word from the makers but if this happens, it will be the biggest clash of 2019.

Speaking of ‘Dabangg 3’, it is directed by choreographer-director Prabhu Deva. Interestingly, the film will mark the second collaboration between Salman and him. Their last outing was in the year 2009 for ‘Wanted’.
