Viral Video: Salman Khan is doing bench presses and has a message for fitness enthusiasts

Salman Khan is one of the fittest actors of Bollywood who believes in never missing out on his workouts. The superstar despite being 53 years of age leaves no stone unturned in working out regularly and also cycles regularly on the streets of Bandra. His fans are in awe of his toned body and good looks.

Recently the actor paid a surprise visit to the Being Human stall at the Mumbai Marathon Expo at Bandra-Kurla Complex on Friday evening. Salman was accompanied by his brother Arbaaz Khan.

A viral video of the superstar doing benchpress is garnering much love from fans. The ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ actor took to his Instagram account and shared this fitness video.

In the video, the superstar is seen performing a flat bench press with a barbell. He also warned his fans against imitating this stunt at home without any supervision.

On the work front, Salman Khan is busy with the shoot of ‘Bharat’. The Ali Abbas Zafar directorial also features Katrina Kaif, Tabu, Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff and many others.

The movie also has Varun Dhawan in a special appearance. The story of the film is based on a hit Korean Film ‘Ode To My Father’ and is slated to release on the occasion of Eid.
