Salman Khan CONFIRMS he will come back as Prem for Sooraj Barjataya’s next big project

Recently, Salman Khan attended the screening of Uunchai in Mumbai. Considering that Salman has worked with Sooraj in the past, he attended the event to show his support. However, during the event, Salman announced that he would return as Prem. That’s right! Time and again possibility of Sooraj and Salman’s collaboration gets fans stoked and at the Uunchai screening, Sooraj hinted that he may reunite with Salman in the coming time.

During media interaction, Sooraj confirmed that Prem will return and the title has been registered. Further, when Salman was asked if he has ideas on creating a new version of Prem’s series of characters, the kick actor joked, “Prem will return and he will make sure that he gets married too. Inhone picture ka title bhi announce bhi kar diya, Prem Ki Shaadi.” Well, we are quite psyched to see the reunion of Salman Khan and Sooraj Barjatya.

Interestingly, Sooraj had previously revealed that he was writing for a film with Salman in focus during the pandemic. It looks like this is it!

Sooraj Barjatya has given Salman Khan one of his most popular on-screen characters, Prem. The Bollywood superstar has worked with Sooraj on films like Maine Pyar Kiya (1989), Hum Aapke Hain Koun (1994), Hum Saath-Saath Hain (1999), and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (2015).

Salman Khan’s upcoming Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan will hit theatres countrywide on Eid 2023. Directed by Farhan Samji, the film also stars Pooja Hegde, Shehnaaz Gill, and Venkatesh Daggubati. Ram Charan will also make a cameo in the movie. Moreover, the Sultan actor will also reunite with Katrina Kaif in Tiger 3. Salman will also have a special cameo in Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan.
