The fifth phase of the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 is currently underway and several celebs residing in Mumbai did their civic duty and voted. While Akshay Kumar was definitely among the first to be snapped outside a polling booth, Salman Khan is among the last Bollywood celebs snapped by the paps after voting.

The actor was snapped dressed in a comfy and casual grey T-shirt and denim after exercising his right to vote. He completed his look with sunglasses and greeted the paps as he entered and exited the booth. However, what caught our attention was the actor interacting with an aged citizen at the voting centre.

In a video going viral, we see Salman Khan interacting with a wheelchair-bound elderly lady after voting. The duo shake hands and share a few words before Khan – escorted by his security, headed towards the exit.

Several Bollywood and TV celebrities stepped out of their homes today to cast their votes. While many were snapped at voting centres by the paps, others shared selfies with their inked fingers on social media. Some celebs snapped at voting booths today include Amitabh Bachchan & family, Akshay Kumar, Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Hrithik Roshan and family, Shah Rukh Khan and family, Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan-Saif Ali Khan, Aamir Khan and many more. Ranveer Singh and pregnant Deepika Padukone were also snapped doing their civic duties. TV celebs like Hina Khan, Gauahar Khan, Deepika Singh and Gurmeet Choudhary were also spotted casting their votes.
