Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and his father Salim Khan received a death threat letter from an unknown person. The letter said they ‘will meet the same fate as Sidhu Moose Wala’. Maharashtra Home Department has also beefed up the security for the father-son duo. Amid all this, Salman was seen jetting off from Mumbai earlier today.
Salman who received additional security cover from Mumbai police was spotted flying out of the city from a private airport. He was surrounded by armed police personnel and bodyguards. Reportedly, the actor is headed to Hyderabad for the shoot of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.
Salman Khan looked dashing in a black t-shirt with matching jeans and a checkered shirt. He has his face covered with a mask and was also seen wearing a cap. He also acknowledged the paparazzi before heading inside to seemingly catch his private jet.

The Dabangg Khan’s father found a threat letter during his morning walk. Reportedly, the letter contained threatening remarks and the matter was soon taken to Mumbai police who lodged an FIR. They also heightened the security of the father-son duo. Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi is also being questioned in the matter, he had threatened to kill Salman Khan in 2018.
Statements of the superstar and his father have been recorded by Mumbai Police. They have also acquired more than 200 CCTV footage.
On the work front, Salman Khan has Tiger 3 and Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali in his kitty.
