Superstar Salman Khan’s case regarding the Hit & Run incident, that had killed one and injured four others has come up for a re-trial today. But hours before the re-trial Sallu is embroiled in another legal hassle in connection with the 2002 hit and run incident.

As per sources, Salman Khan was facing serious charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder. The actor had moved the court seeking re-trial seeking termination of the evidences which were produced before a Magistrate Court. Sallu’s lawyer Srikant Shivade had earlier argued that the defence said did not get opportunity in the Magistrate’s Court to cross-examine witnesses. State has decided to challenge lower Court’s order of a fresh trial in High Court in 2002 Salman Khan hit and run case. The sessions court was scheduled to hear the case on Tuesday, January 7. The new trial will require that witnesses and evidence be examined again.
