Sushant Singh Rajput suicide: Salman Khan mourns the actor’s death; says, “You will be missed”

Sushant Singh Rajput’s shocking demise has left the whole nation mourning. The 34-year-old actor committed suicide by hanging himself to death at his Bandra residence. The entire film industry took to social media to express their grief and shock over Sushant’s death.

Superstar Salman Khan also mourned Sushant’s death.

Taking to the micro-blogging site Twitter, Salman wrote, “U will be missed…#RIPSushant”

Shah Rukh Khan also shared his thoughts on the actor’s death. Sharing a picture with Sushant, Shah Rukh wrote, “He loved me so much…I will miss him so much. His energy, enthusiasm and his full happy smile. May Allah bless his soul and my condolences to his near and dear ones. This is extremely sad….and so shocking!! (sic).”

Confirming the reports of the Sushant’s suicide, DCP Pranay Ashok, spokesperson Mumbai Police had said, “Sushant Singh Rajput has committed suicide, Mumbai Police is investigating.” The Mumbai police is investigating the case while the actor’s post-mortem was performed in Mumbai’s Cooper hospital.

SSR’s team also issued a statement that read, “It pains us to share that Sushant Singh Rajput is no longer with us. We request his fans to keep him in their thoughts and celebrate his life, and his work like they have done so far. We request media to help us maintain privacy at this moment of grief.”

Reportedly, the actor’s last rites will be performed in his hometown Bihar.
