Salman Khan on working with Alia Bhatt in ‘Inshallah’: A godown of talent will be meeting with no talent

Salman Khan is working with Alia Bhatt in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Inshallah’ and we couldn’t be more excited. Alia is indeed a great actress and she has proved her mettle in films like ‘Highway’, ‘Udta Punjab’, ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’, ‘Raazi’ and many others.

In an interview with Mumbai Mirror, Salman said, “See how she’s turned it around, from a student to now, it’s beautiful! And no one can take credit for her growth except Alia herself. Jo bhi bole humne usko banaya hai, is not to be believed. It’s Alia who has honed her talent.”

In his hallmark humble manner, he also said, “A godown of talent will be meeting with a bundle of talent….actually there’s no talent here.”

Initially, it was difficult for people to digest the pairing of Salman and Alia. However, I am sure that Sanjay Leela Bhansali knows what he is doing. In a report in the above mentioned tabloid, it was revealed that the two characters will be playing their ages.

Speaking about Sanjay Leela Bhansali, he said, “Just because he was working with other actors, it didn’t have to hamper or spoil our equation. I work with other directors too, so should he. Now we will be collaborating on this very sweet love story.”
