Salman Khan is one of the biggest stars in Bollywood. The actor made his debut with the 1988 film Biwi Ho To Aisi in which he was seen in a supporting role. Post that, there has been no stopping to Salman Khan’s fast-growing acting career, he gave one hit after another. Salman gave some really iconic characters to the industry like Prem from Maine Pyaar Kiya, Radhe in Tere Naam, Sameer in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and the unforgettable Chulbul Pandey in Dabangg. So when Salman Khan was asked about the fading era of superstars in Bollywood because of the rise of OTT and the younger generation; he was in no mood to hand over the stardom.
Salman Khan was seen promoting his upcoming movie Antim: The Final Truth with Aayush Sharma when he told the media that the superstars are not going anywhere as there are many factors that play an important role. Khan also said that he will not leave it all for the younger generation to have it so easily.
Salman told the media, “We will go, somebody else will come up. I don’t think that era of stars will go. It will never go. It will always be there. It now depends on a lot of things, selection of movies, what you are in real life, and more. It’s a whole package of things. This younger generation will have their superstardom. I have been hearing this for the last four generations, ‘ki yeh last generation hain (this is the last generation of stars).’”

The actor further said, “We will not leave it for the younger generation to take it easy. We will not hand it over to them. ‘Mehnat karo bhai, pachas plus me mehnat kar hi rahe hain, toh aap bhi mehnat karo (work hard, we are working hard at the age of 50+, you should also work hard),”
Meanwhile, talking about Antim, it is the Hindi remake of the Marathi film Mulshi Pattern and the movie will release on November 26.
