Salman Khan is gearing up for his next release at the box-office this year, ‘Dabangg 3’ and he has already made the announcement of next year’s film ‘Radhe’. The actor is ready to enthrall the audience with his cop avatar in ‘Dabangg 3’. This will mark his return with director Prabhdheva after ‘Wanted’. Salman promises that their 3rd collaboration together, “Raadhe” will be the ‘baap’ in the cop-action drama genre.
Since the teaser of ‘Radhe’ got out, Salman’s fans have been suspecting that it will be a sequel to his previous movie ‘Wanted’. Salman cleared the air by saying that it is in no way related to ‘Wanted’ in fact it is, even better than ‘Wanted’.
“Radhe was my character’s name in ‘Tere Naam’ (2003) and again, we used the same name for my character in ‘Wanted’ (2009). But this (‘Radhe’) is a completely different film. It has nothing to do with ‘Wanted’. If you want to go into that format or genre, then this (‘Radhe’) will be a baap of ‘Wanted’,” said Salman, about his upcoming film, while interacting with the media at the trailer launch of ‘Dabangg 3’.

Salman was asked why he announced ‘Radhe’ with the poster of ‘Dabangg 3’, and he said, “If we had announced ‘Radhe’ on its own, then ‘Dabangg 3’ would have taken a backseat, and people would have started talking only about ‘Radhe’. That’s why we decided to do it in this particular manner.”
Before ‘Radhe’ Salman will be seen in ‘Dabangg 3’, which is also helmed by Prabhudeva. The film is all set to hit the silver screens on December 20.
