Salman Khan receives death threats, Mumbai Police beefs up security outside his house- WATCH

Actor Salman Khan recently received death threats from a gangster named Lawrence Bishnoi. During an interview with ABP News, Lawrence stated killing Salman Khan is his only goal in his life. The gangster is furious with the Dabangg actor due to the black buck case. After receiving death threats from the gangster, Mumbai police have come to his aid as they have beefed up the security outside his Galaxy apartments.

Post the death threats, reportedly, Salman Khan even filed a case against the gangsters. According to the ANI report, the gangsters are booked under several sections.

The report said, “Mumbai Police beefs up security outside actor Salman Khan’s house after he received threats by email, Bandra Police registered a case under sections 506(2),120(b) & 34 of IPC. Earlier on Saturday, Mumbai Police booked jailed gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldie Brar & Rohit Garg for allegedly sending threatening emails to actor Salman Khan’s office.”

A video from his residence also surfaced on social media where several police officers are seen roaming outside Salman Khan’s house. Fans are praying for his safety as one said, “Ya Allah Salman Ki Hifazat Karna” while another one wrote, “May Allah protect nd bless him ameennn“. There was one more who wrote, “Allah hifaazat kariye mari jaan.“

For the unversed, the Antim actor was given a five-year prison sentence due to the blackbuck case in 1998 and he reportedly served 2 years in jail.

On the professional front, Khan will be next seen in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan which is scheduled for Eid. He also be reuniting with Katrina Kaif for Tiger 3 that is slated to release in Diwali and Kick 2 which is still at the nascent stage.
