Salman Khan recommends Katrina Kaif for Aamir Khan-starrer ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’?

YRF’s ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’ has been in the news ever since it was announced. The movie stars Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead roles. However, the female lead of the film has not been finalised yet. Though, various names like Parineeti Chopra, Alia Bhatt, Shraddha Kapoor, Vaani Kapoor, etc. had been doing rounds, but none had been finalised. However, now, there is a development on the same.

If reports are to be believed, Salman khan has recommended Katrina Kaif for the film. A source told an entertainment portal, “Salman wants Katrina to play the heroine opposite Aamir Khan in ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ and hence, he gave her name as a suggestion to the production house. He has already put in a word as he feels that Thugs will be the perfect film for Katrina to be in after ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’. Both the films will obviously give a boost to her career and that’s what the actor wants. However, everything now lies in the hands of Aditya Chopra and Aamir Khan, who will decide on which actress will be a part of the movie.”

Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif were seen together in ‘Dhoom 3’ which was also a YRF film and was directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, who will also be helming ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’. (Also Read: Salman Khan visits Vinod Khanna at the hospital)

Now, let’s see if the makers of the film consider Salman’s recommendation or not.
