Salman Khan rejected Aamir Khan accepted by Gujjarwal Village

Bollywood superstars Salman Khan and Aamir Khan’s upcoming film ‘Dangal’ and ‘Sultan’ both share the same topic, now the two are engaged in a fight on the location for their film. The Khan’s have zeroed upon Gujjarwal village near Ludhiana as the ideal spot to capture the essence of their film. But seems like Salman Khan has lost this race to Aamir Khan.

Sources said, “The villagers are ecstatic that our village has all of sudden become the most preferred location for big Bollywood stars to shoot their movies. This will surely boost tourism in Gujjarwal and surrounding villages. However, it was not possible for us to allow the shoot of Sultan here as village is booked for ‘Dangal’ shooting till next year. After completing one schedule of ‘Dangal’ shoot, the team might return here for shoot after few months when Aamir loses weight. So till next August we cannot allow shoot of any other movie here.”

Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’ is based on the story of wrestler Mahavir Phogat who had encouraged his daughters to pursue their dreams in an all male domain of wrestling. Salman Khan’s Sultan is based on a 40-year-old wrestler Sultan Ali Khan from Haryana.
