Salman Khan removes shoes to pay respect to Bal Thackeray; viral video

Superstar Salman Khan is well known for his generous nature and noble deeds. The superstar has a huge fan following who are in awe of his humble attitude too. The Dabangg Khan recently attended the trailer launch of the Marathi film Dharamveer. A video from the event is creating a buzz on social media and has left fans praising the actor for his humbleness.

In the viral video, Salman Khan is seen removing his shoes to pay tribute to the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and portraits of Shiv Sena founder Balasaheb Thackeray, his wife Meenatai Thackeray, and late Anand Dighe.

Other than Salman Khan, Maharashtra’s Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and his son Aditya attended the launch of the trailer of the film. Many film stars such as Bhagyashree and Jackie Shroff were also present at the event.

For the unversed, Dharmaveer is one of the most anticipated Marathi films and is all set to release on 13th May 2022 in theatres. The film is based on the life of Dharmaveer Anand Chintamani Dighe who was a senior Shiv Sena party leader and the Thane district Unit chief of the Shiv Sena party.

On the work front, Salman Khan was last seen in Antim, directed by Mahesh Manjrekar. He will soon be seen in Tiger 3 co-starring Katrina Kaif. The superstar also has Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali with Pooja Hegde. He has also announced the second instalment of Bajrangi Bahaijaan.  He also has Kick 2, with Jacqueline Fernandez in his kitty.
