Salman Khan address the ‘bratty’ tag given to Salim-Javed
At the Angry Young Men trailer launch event, Salman Khan reacted to the ‘bratty’ tag given to his father and Javed at the peak of their career. Revealing why they were given the tag, Salman said, “They have refused a lot of producers and actors. That’s where ‘they were bratty’ comes from there.”
Defending Salim-Javed against those calling them ‘bratty’ Salman said it was because they couldn’t work with the duo. The ‘Sikandar’ said in Hindi, “People thought that inka dimaag kharaab ho gaya hai. Dimaag inka chal raha tha aur achcha hi chal raha tha. That’s why they kept delivering hit after hit.” He continued, “And those they couldn’t work with because of date issues, not liking the plot, the director or their face, they are the ones who dubbed them arrogant but they weren’t. Those who made these allegations are the ones jinka dimaag kharaab that.”
