Lata Mangeshkar left the whole nation in mourning after she breathed her last at the age of 92. The Nightingale of Indian passed away on February 6 after she suffered a multiple organ failure. Many Bollywood actors paid a tribute to Lata Mangeshkar and one of them was Salman Khan who crooned one of her iconic songs. Salman Khan took to his social media account and shared a video of himself singing Lag Ja Gale as he paid an emotional tribute to Lata Mangeshkar.
In the video, Salman was in his casuals as he stood in front of a portrait of himself and his dog My Love. Sharing the video, Salman wrote in the caption, “Never has been, never will be any1 like u Lataji ….(sic)”
The fans took to the comments and praised Salman for this heartbreaking tribute they wrote, “Love u salman Sir❤️.”, “❤️ king khan love you?”, “bhai kya khoob gaya hai❤️❤️❤️”, “Until the very last minutes of world exists, lata ji’s songs shall be soared . Forever a legend ❤️.”

Meanwhile, Lata Mangeshkar was hospitalised in January after contracting Covid-19. She passed away after she suffered multiple organ failures. We saw the who’s who of the nation attend her funeral in Shivaji Park where she was given the state honours.
