Superstar Salman Khan is on a roll. The actor is currently shooting for ‘Dabangg 3’ and gearing up for the release of his upcoming film ‘Bharat‘. He also has Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Inshallah‘ in the pipeline. Now, the makers of Salman starrer ‘Tere Naam'(2003) have confirmed that its sequel is on the anvil and in fact, it will go on floors by the year-end. This is great news for all Bhaijaan fans as we all loved him as rowdy lover Radhe in the Satish Kaushik directorial.
Satish Kaushik, confirming the news, told Mumbai Mirror,“Yes, it’s true, I am making ‘Tere Naam 2’ which is a love story. That’s all I can say for now.” Though the director refrained from revealing much about the sequel, a source close to the development told the tabloid, “The sequel is a new story, Satish finished writing the script recently. It is a love story revolving around a gangster and will be set in North India. Satish and Salman share a great bond and have recently worked together in ‘Bharat’.”
The source went on to add that whether Salman will feature in the sequel or the makers will bring a new cast on board is yet to be decided. We would love to see Salman play the role of Radhe again as we are pretty sure that no one else will be able to match up to him. What do you guys have to say about it? Do let us know your views.
