Salman Khan won’t be able to attend nephew Abdullah Khan’s funeral due to lockdown  

Superstar Salman Khan’s nephew, Abdullah Khan breathed his last on Monday i.e March 30. Abdullah was a bodybuilder and entrepreneur, he passed away at Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital, apparently because of a heart-related ailments. Salman shared a warm bond with his nephew and he is very upset that he won’t be able to attend the funeral amidst the Coronavirus lockdown.

The unfortunate outbreak of novel coronavirus has resulted in the lockdown in the entire country. Currently, Salman Khan is staying at his Panvel’s farmhouse with his family. As per the latest report in Bombay Times, the actor’s manager Jordy Patel shared, “Salman is at his farmhouse in Panvel and because of the nationwide lockdown, he won’t be able to travel. The funeral will be held in Indore, which is Abdullah’s hometown. Salman will visit the family later.”

The ‘Bharat’ actor had shared a heartfelt post for Abdullah on his Instagram handle, stating that he will always love him.

Salman’s father, Salim Khan informed the daily, “Abdullah mere nephew ka beta tha. I am glad that in the times of a lockdown also, all the paperwork went smoothly. Abdullah was staying in Mumbai, and was very close to all of us.”
