Salman-Khan

Salman Khan’s court case for poaching a blackbuck in Kankani village during the shooting of ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ seems to see no end. An update on this states that the final argument in this case will begin from July 6. The trial court has rejected prosecution’s application seeking for documents pertaining to the investigation against veterinarian NP Nepalia. Dr NP Nepalia is the one who conducted post-mortem on blackbuck.

So the final hearing would begin from July 6. Initially, the arguments were supposed to begin from March 1. But then prosecution filed an application seeking for the documents. On Thursday, the trial court rejected the application and now, the arguments would begin from July 6. Salman Khan had last appeared in court on January 27 to record his statement. In his statement he had recorded, “Only the first forensic report of Dr Nepalia saying that the animal died of “natural causes” was true and the rest of the evidence is false.”
