Choreographer-turned-director Remo D’Souza’s upcoming movie, which is a dance film, stars Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead roles. And now, it has another addition to its star cast. Salman Khan’s ‘Jai Ho’ actress Daisy Shah will also join him in the movie. The movie will be produced by Salman Khan Films and the actor will play father to a 13-year-old girl. It is not going to be a third instalment of the ‘ABCD’ franchise but it will be a dance drama and Salman will be essaying the role of a professional dancer.
Speaking about his lead actor, Remo said to a leading tabloid, “Salman is a good dancer, and has the drive to become better. I could have taken a trained dancer, but this movie required a non-dancer, or at least someone who isn’t known for his dance skills. Salman is spot on for the part. He is aware that he can’t do something simple and get away with it. People feel ‘Salman belt hila deta hai and a step is made.’ But this will be different.” (Also Read: Salman Khan won’t ask ‘Tubelight’ makers to slash ticket prices, like he did for ‘Jai Ho’)
The release date of the movie is not yet known.
