We are living in a digital age. The number of likes and followers on social media gives commoners validation. Whereas our Bollywood superstars’ popularity is gauged from the number of followers they enjoy on these social networking sites. But do you know who is the most searched Bollywood personality on the internet? If you think its Salman Khan or Shah Rukh Khan then you are mistaken.

Yes, it’s none other than Priyanka Chopra who has topped the list of topmost internationally searched celebrities. The ‘Quantico’ actress has 46.4 million followers on Instagram and 25.4 million followers on Twitter. Ever since her marriage with American pop star Nick Jonas, Priyanka is all over the internet. But apart from her personal life, the Desi girl is also in news for the exciting line of her projects.

As per a report in Latestly, a survey conducted by US-based company SEMrush states that Priyanka Chopra and Salman Khan were the most searched Bollywood celebs on Google. These searches were done between October 2018 to October 2019. Searches for PeeCee were done around 4.20 million times whereas for Dabangg Salman its about 2 million times. Just in October 2019, PeeCee and Salman were searched for 2.74 million and 1.83 million times.

Interestingly, Shah Rukh and late Amrish Puri are on the second and third spot on the most searched male Bollywood celebs. Whereas Sunny Leone and Deepika Padukone are on the second and third number as the most searched female celebrities from B-town.
