Superstar Salman Khan recently met former Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi at an event in Canada. Picture of their meet has set the social media on fire.

The cricketer who is currently in Toronto to play for Edmonton Royals in Global T20 Canada Cricket League, availed an opportunity to promote his mission, whereas, Salman, as we know, has been in Canada for his ‘Da Bangg Reloaded’ tour.

Salman Khan regularly participates at various events for his ‘Hope Uplift’ foundation all around the world. According to reports, Salman invited Afridi for his show, where the cricketer promoted his revolutionary ‘Shahid Afridi Foundation’, and also invited the stars present to attend his events.

The cricketer soon shared a picture of himself with the Dabangg Khan on his Twitter handle. The star power of the two icons sent social media into a frenzy,and soon fans heaped praises on both Salman and Afridi.

On the work front, once back from the tour, Salman Khan will start work on his next ‘Bharat’. The Ali Abbas Zafar directorial also stars actress Priyanka Chopra and Disha Patani in pivotal roles. He will also start work on the third part of his much-loved franchise ‘Dabangg’. The movie will be helmed by Prabhudheva and also stars Sonakshi Sinha.
