Salman to come back from Dubai to celebrate Ganpati festival with family

Like every year, this year too, Salman Khan would be celebrating the festival of Ganpati with his family. It has been a tradition that the Khan-daan celebrates Ganpati festival by inviting the almighty for three days at their residence. Salman has made sure to be present to celebrate this festival. This year too, he is going to take a break from his busy schedule and be at home to worship Lord Ganesha.

Salman currently is in Dubai shooting for his upcoming film ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ with Katrina Kaif. As per reports, he is going to take a break for few days and fly down to Mumbai during this festival. He spoke a daily about the same and was quoted saying, “Our family has always believed in the power of Ganeshji and have been celebrating the festival for a long time. My mother (Salma Khan) is half Maharashtrian, half Rajput Dogra, and the Ganesh festival is one event when our entire family assembles to celebrate it in a big way. We always have Ganpati at our home for three days.”

It is really delightful to see how Salman and family celebrate this festival. Many biggies visit his residence to seek lord Ganesha’s blessing and it is an extravagant event. (Also Read: This video of Salman Khan playing with a child is damn cute)

Talking about his film ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, it is the sequel of his hit film ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ that released in 2012. It is being directed by ‘Sultan’ director Ali Abbas Zafar and will bring back the hit jodi of Salman and Katrina together on the big screen after the gap of five years. We are excited!
