Sangeeta Bijlani gives a glimpse of her birthday celebration; opens up on her comeback plans

Former Bollywood actress Sangeeta Bijlani is celebrating her birthday today. The stunner took to her social media handle to share a glimpse of her birthday celebration. Ahead of her birthday, the Tridev actress indulged in some self-pampering and even cut a birthday cake with salon staff. Taking to her Instagram stories, Sangeeta shared clips of her birthday celebration with the salon staff.

The beautiful actress is known for starring in films like Qatil, Tridev and Hatim Tai. On the personal front, Sangeeta was previously married to Mohammad Azharuddin. They parted ways after 14 years of marriage.

Yesterday, Sangeeta had treated her social media followers with glimpse of self-pampering session. In the video, the actress is seen having a new haircut. She captioned the video as, “And the Birthday countdown begins ? by pampering myself with a gorgeous haircut(sic).”

The former Miss India Universe, later shared a few clips from her birthday celebration at the salon.

On the professional front, Sangeeta recently opened up about why she left her acting career midway. Speaking to Bombay Times, the actress said that back then showbiz wasn’t as organized as it is today. And she had doubts about striking a balance between her personal and professional life.

Sangeeta also said that she is open to acting offers. “I would like to explore web shows. I will take an offer if it appeals to my sensibilities. I am not happy with what I am getting. I am excited to see the kind of work the new directors are presenting the audience with. I want to do something deep and interesting, not the regular, run-of-the-mill kind of stuff,” she told the daily.
