Sanjay Dutt’s family member reacts to reports of actor having ‘few months to live’

In August, Sanjay Dutt had announced that he would be taking a break from his professional commitments to focus on medical treatment. Later, reports started doing the rounds that he is battling lung cancer. Recently, Sanjay Dutt confirmed that he is suffering from cancer when he got a hair cut by celebrity hairstylist Aalim Hakim. The cancer treatment has left a scar across Sanjay’s face and she showed his scar in a video.

Aalim Hakim shared the video where Sanjay was saying, “This is a recent scar in my life, but I’ll beat it. I’ll be out of this cancer soon.”

According to a family member of Sanjay Dutt, he has responded “very well” to the medical treatment. The family member told PTI, “The news was like he has got six months or this month to live, (but) it has never been that scene. He was detected with a kind of lung cancer for which treatment started in Mumbai and he has responded very well to the treatment.”

The member further said, “He went for his test today and the results have come out very good. With God’s grace and everyone’s blessings, he has responded very well.”

We wish Sanjay recovers soon from cancer.

The actor has a series of films lined up including ‘Torbaaz’, ‘Bhuj: The Pride Of India’ and ‘KGF-Chapter 2’. His last release was ‘Sadak 2’.
