Actor Sanjay Dutt was diagnosed with lung cancer of stage 4 back in August 2020. Well, it was quite a long battle as last year on the occasion of the 10th birthday of his twins Iqra and Sharaan, Sanjay Dutt had revealed that he has beaten cancer. But it was not at all easy as it took a lot of ‘willpower and faith’ said the actor.
As per a report by Hindustan Times, Sanjay Dutt said, “By God’s grace and with the support of my family, doctors and well-wishers, I’m back on my feet and raring to go. I’m glad that’s in the past and I was able to recover fully from that difficult phase. It all comes down to willpower and keeping the faith.”

And today, on the occasion of my kids’ birthday, I am happy to come out victorious from this battle and be able to give them the best gift I can–the health and well-being of our family.”
