Sanjay Dutt starts shooting for his action drama ‘Shamshera’

Sanjay Dutt is one of those actors, who has immense mental strength and never gives up. The ‘Vaastav’ actor has time and again proved that he is a fighter and rises like a phoenix from every setback. Now, Sanjay Dutt has apparently started shooting for Yash Raj Fims’ ‘Shanmshera’. This magnum opus stars another Bollywood superstar in Ranbir Kapoor.

Sanjay Dutt is playing a ruthless, merciless villain in this entertainer. This high-octane action spectacle is set in the heartland of India and is already one of the most awaited films because of the face off between Sanju and Ranbir.

Director Karan Malhotra was there to greet Sanju and his entry brought a spark on the set. After bonding with the crew, Sanju entered his vanity to get into his closely guarded look. The teaser of ‘Shamshera’ has already created a lot of buzz and it will be one of the most awaited films of 2019.

Incidentally, Ranbir Kapoor had portrayed the role of Sanjay Dutt in Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Sanju’. The film went on to became a smashing hit and is one of the most successful films of 2018. Sanjay was very encouraging of Ranbir’s efforts and appreciated his acting in the biopic.

‘Shamshera’ is being produced by Aditya Chopra and it is expected to wrap up by mid 2019. The film is being helmed by Karan Malhotra. On the work front, Sanjay Dutt was last seen in ‘Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster 3’.
