Sanjay Gupta to direct Sanjay Dutt’s comeback film

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is out on parole for a month, the actor was paid a visit by many of his friends from Bollywood. One of them being filmmaker Sanjay Gupta. Gupta had dropped over to meet Sanjay and soon the two started discussing work, Sanjay also praised Gupta’s upcoming film Jazbaa’s trailer.

Sanjay Dutt and Sanjay Gupta have done a number of thrillers together, they will soon come together for a new one as soon as Sanjay Dutt steps out of prison a free man. For Sanjay Dutt who at present is serving sentence for illegal hoarding of weapons during the Mumbai riots at Pune’s Yerawada jail, will soon be a free man as his term is ending soon.

Sources revealed, “Dutt is very clear that the first film he does when he’s out of jail is the one with Gupta. Sanju feels Gupta presents him better than any other filmmaker. The two friends have finalized two scripts both action-thrillers. It will be a Sanjay Dutt-solo starrer. Ekta Kapoor has also clearly stated to her team that whenever Gupta and Dutt come together for a film, she wants to be a part of it. Dutt and Gupta have worked out of the modalities and their film will be shot overseas.”
