We have seen Sanjay Dutt in his heydays and also in the most low phases of his life. Not much has been hidden from the media and everything, from good, bad and ugly has been reported. We think we’ve seen it all but there’s more to his story. There are still many aspects of his life that we are not aware of. Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani is soon going to bring them to us in the film ‘Sanju’ which is a film based on his life.
Just today (June 14), Mr Hirani shared two posters of Ranbir Kapoor, who plays Sanjay Dutt in the film. Along with that, he wrote, “Sanju’s journey is marked by many ups and downs. Some moments suspend you into disbelief. See these postcards i.. Every image a story.. a story unbelievable but true… #BelieveItOrNot #Sanju #RanbirKapoor @FoxStarHindi @VVCFilms #RajkumarHiraniFilms”.

Both the posters have stated two facts about Sanjay Dutt which will leave you in a state of shock. “Sanju fled from a rehab center in America and begged on the streets so he could buy a bus ticket to go meet his friend,” reads one. The other poster states, “Sanju lost his mother, Nargis Dutt just three days before the premiere of his debut film- Rocky.”
After reading the facts, we know one thing, no matter how good and glamorous everything appears from outside, what a person is going through will never be understood by others. (Also Read: Sanjay Dutt on Ranbir Kapoor: There is no advice for him; he is doing a fantastic job)
Also starring Sonam Kapoor as his love interest in the 80s, Paresh Rawal as Sunil Dutt, Manisha Koirala as Nargis Dutt, Dia Mirza as Maanayata Dutt, Vicky Kushal as one of his closet friends, Anushka Sharma as a writer, Jim Sarbh and Boman Irani, the film will release on June 29, 2018.
