Actor Saqib Saleem made 2021 a thrilling year for us with his power-packed performance as Former Vice Captain Mohinder Amarnath in 83 which also stars Ranveer Singh and as Chandan in Unpaused Naya Safar. After these resounding successes, Saqib’s fan base has grown exponentially. But Saqib is not the one to rest on his laurels as the actor is set to have an exciting year with promising projects. Kakuda

The spooktacular horror comedy movie featuring Saqib, Sonakshi Sinha and Riteish Deshmukh is expected to hit the screen in 2022. The horror satire is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar.  Produced by Ronnie Screwvala, details about Saqib’s character. This is going to be the actor’s first horror comedy.

Double XL

The movie revolves around body shaming and body positivity and sheds light on unrealistic standards of beauty. Double XL stars Saqib, Sonakshi Sinha, Huma Qureshi, and Zaheer Iqbal. Fans are eagerly waiting to see how Saqib fits in Double XL that features two plus size, confident women. This movie is special for Saqib, who also dons the producer’s hat for it.

Crackdown Season 2

The spy thriller web series that stars Saleem, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Walucha DeSouza and Ankur Bhatia is all set to hit the screen in 2022. Saqib will be seen playing his highly acclaimed character Riyaz Pathan in the second instalment of the series. Saqib underwent a massive body transformation for his time and has performed stunts without a body double.
