Veteran actress Amrita Singh alongwith her gorgeous daughter Sara Ali Khan have reportedly approached the Police over a dispute regarding their property in Dehradun. The mother-daughter duo claimed that the 6,000 square feet area property in the outskirts of Uttarakhand belongs to them. Apparently, the property’s worth is in crores.
Talking about the case, on the condition of anonymity, a police official told News 18, “Amrita’s maternal uncle Madhusudan Bimbet lived in Dehradun’s disputed property as the suit over the title is pending in court. On Saturday he died of cancer. Amrita came to Doon with Sara Ali, cremated her maternal uncle’s body and then both allegedly entered the bungalow.”
Whereas Madhusudan’s caretaker approached the police saying his employer had locked the property so that no one could access it. Dhirendra Semal, a close friend of Amrita’s uncle told the website, “Nevertheless, none came to see Madhusudan when he needed most and after he died suddenly these people have turned up claiming property belongs to them,”
Now since the matter is sub judice, the authenticity of these claims are yet to be known. We hope that very soon the truth comes out.
