Sara Ali Khan pens a sweet birthday note for Dhanush with a BTS video from Atrangi Re

Actor Dhanush has turned a year older today (July 28). On his 39th birthday, fans and friends of the Asuran actor have showered him with love and good wishes on social media. His Atrangi Re co-star Sara Ali Khan is also not left behind. She too wished Dhanush on social media. Sara shared a funny BTS video from their film that featured her and Dhanush.

Sharing the video on her Instagram Story, Sara wrote, “Happy Birthday @dhanushkraja Have the best day!! As usual I’m over enthusiastic and excited while you are calm, poised and contained. Missing these Atrangi days #bts”. In the video, Sara was doing some dance steps while Dhanush was calmly looking at her.

Apart from Sara, Vicky Kaushal, Sonam Kapoor among others wished the global superstar on his special day.

Dhanush was recently seen in Russo Brothers’ The Gray Man. Sara was mighty impressed by his performance in his debut Hollywood film. She shared a picture of herself and Dhanush from Ritesh Sidhwani’s party for the Russo Brothers and wrote, “Congratulations on The Gray Man. Loved you in it as usual. Had a blast catching up with my Vishu Babu and thoroughly missed Aanand L Rai.” Responding to Sara’s post, the National-award winner wrote, “Thank You Sara…It was great catching up with you my Rinku.”

On the work front, birthday boy Dhanush has several movies in his kitty. He will be seen in Thiruchitrambalam, Captain Miller, Vaathi, and Naane Varuven among others. While Sara Ali Khan has untitled next with Vicky Kaushal and Gaslight with Vikrant Massey.
