Sara Ali Khan wins ‘The Rising Star Of Instagram’ award

Sara Ali Khan is widely followers on social media. There is no doubt about that. Now, she has received ‘The Rising Star’ award for her social media presence and her massive popularity. She shared the Instagram award in her social media pages a little while ago.

Sara made her Instagram debut in 2018 and has won the award for growing her fan base on the community significantly through the year. Within eight months of her debut, Sara gained more than nine million followers. A lot of it can be credited to her two blockbuster releases – ‘Kedarnath’ and ‘Simmba’.

Sara shared a picture of her most recent prized possession with her followers with the hashtag “#instamoment #instacool”. That’s not all, the trophy is sitting right next to her most popular collection of bangles that she makes sure to wear almost everywhere. Check out her post right here:

Ever since Sara made her Bollywood debut with ‘Kedarnath’, Sara has been much talked about for her great sense of humour and charming personality. Sara will be seen next in Imtiaz Ali’s film. She will star alongside Kartik Aaryan, with whom she has been linked right from the beginning of her career.

It all began with Sara going on ‘Koffee With Karan 6’ and saying that she would want to go out on a date with Kartik Aaryan. While Kartik has a huge female fan following, this was a bit too much when a leading lady herself openly spoke about wanting to date him – that too on national television. The news spread like wild fire.

Soon enough when Kartik started shooting with Ananya Panday for his next film ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’, there were reports that he was going around with Ananya as well. Stories of Sara not liking Ananya also did the rounds of social media. Turns out all of this was probably promotional activities for the two films.
