‘Satyamev Jayate’ is not the reason for ‘PeeKay’s’ delay – Aamir Khan

Superstar Aamir Khan is just back from his vacation to Iceland and is looking quite relaxed.The reason he picked on this farflung destination was anonymity that is very rare being a Bollywood actor, but Aamir Khan wouldn’t trade this profession for any othe .His last film Dhoom 3 did roaring business at Box Office, setting the goals high for yet to be released PeeKay.The actor admits that he still gets sleepless nights and nightmares a month before every release, but this time, he insists, the burden is more on Raj Kumar Hirani, the film’s co-writer and director.

According to sources, Aamir Khan explained why the film’s release has been pushed to December and insists it has nothing to do with his upcoming talk show or his desire to play Santa again. Aamir said“Raju wanted to spend more time on the editing which is why the release was pushed to December. Besides, some portions with Sanju (Sanjay Dutt) are yet to be shot.” Denying all rumours that his talk show Satyamev Jayate  was the reason behind this delay.

PeeKay starring Aamir Khan , Sanjay Dutt , Anushka Sharma will apparently release around Christmas .
