See Pic: Ranveer Singh is on a mission to protect women in ‘Simmba’s new poster

Ranveer Singh is one actor, who leads from the front and is a leader. The ‘Lootera’ actor is a gentleman on and off the screen. Now, as we all know, Ranveer’s ‘Simmba’ is releasing tomorrow (December 28). This will be Ranveer’s first release after marrying the love of his life Deepika Padukone in Italy’s Lake Como.

Ranveer Singh took to his Instagram account and shared the new poster of ‘Simmba’. The actor in the poster is looking very stern and serious. In the background, we can see women standing.

‘Simmba’ deals with a very sensitive and delicate topic of crimes against women and women safety. In the times of the #MeToo movement, ‘Simmba’ hopefully doesn’t glorify the issue of women safety and maintains a balance between entertainment and sensitivity. India as a country is still lagging behind when it comes to providing basic safety and security for women.

‘Simmba’ also stars Sara Ali Khan and Sonu Sood in lead roles. The project will see Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty coming together for the first time.

The ‘Kill Dil’ actor has time and again reiterated that he holds Rohit Shetty in high regard and this combination would totally enthrall the audience. Rohit is known for making massy films and he has got a perfect star in Ranveer to execute his plan.
