Shabaash Mithu: Taapsee Pannu nails it in the first look as Mithali Raj

Taapsee Pannu is one actress in the recent time who can mould herself into any character. From a hockey player to a shooter to a runner to now a cricketer, Taapsee is doing it all in the sports genre, and with every character, she is bettering her previous one. She is all set to play the ace Indian women’s cricketer Mithali Raj in the upcoming film Shabaash Mithu. The pretty lady started shooting for the same recently and a picture of her from the prep work is going viral all over social media.

Taapsee took to Twitter and tweeted the picture with a lovely caption. She wrote, “And romance with the bat n the ball has begun….long way to go but a good start is half job done 🙂 This is going to be another milestone of sorts…. For our captain cool @M_Raj03 and all her #WomenInBlue Cricket bat and ball Flag of India #ShabaashMithu @rahuldholakia @AndhareAjit @Viacom18Studios (sic).”

Indeed Taapsee Pannu looks smashing in the avatar of a cricketer. The film is being directed by Raees director Rahul Dholakia.

Taapsee has been busy with lots of projects. Apart from Shabaash Mithu, she has Haseen Dillruba, Rashmi Rocket, Looop Lapeta in Hindi while she has two Tamil projects as well.
