Shah Rukh Khan announces OTT project SRK+, says ‘Kuch kuch hone wala hai’

On Tuesday, Shah Rukh Khan left his fans excited after he announced the launch of his OTT platform, SRK+. The announcement was made by the Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge actor on his social media, along with a poster, which hints that he is entering the world of OTT seemingly with his own platform.

The actor shared a poster that has ‘SRK+ Coming Soon’ written on it. He captioned it as:  “Kuch kuch hone wala hai, OTT ki duniya mein.” However, the details about SRK+ is yet to be revealed.

Soon after Shah Rukh shared the news, his fans took to the comments section and expressed their excitement. A user wrote: “King Khan abh OTT pe bhi raj karega❤️????” Another user said: “Kuch nahin, TOOFAN aane wala hain. ???” A third user wrote: “So exited ? bring it onnnn,” “The man knew the legacy is too precious, might as well have our own freakin platform for the future generations to know what the greatest legacy looked like,” wrote another.

Recently, the teaser of Pathaan featuring SRK, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham was released, directed by Siddharth Anand, who has delivered box office blockbusuters like Bang Bang (2014) and War (2019) It will release on January 25 next year. This film which is being touted as SRK’s comeback film after four long years. He was last seen in the 2018 movie, Zero.

Sharing the video of Pathaan, SRK wrote, “I know it’s late… But remember the date… Pathaan time starts now…See you in cinemas on 25th January, 2023. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Celebrate #Pathaan with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you.”
