Shah Rukh Khan clears the air about refusing a film with Kangana Ranaut

A few day earlier, reports were being heard that superstar Shah Rukh Khan has refused to star in a film opposite ‘Queen’ actress Kangana Ranaut, post her fiery comments on ‘Koffee With Karan 5’, wherein she stated that she will only work with a Khan if her role is as meatier as them. Further, the reports suggested that this project was to be helmed by director Sanjay Leela Bhansali which would have been his second with SRK after ‘Devdas’ (2002). But, putting an end to these rumours, recently, SRK cleared the air saying that he doesn’t want anyone to believe the rumours.

At a recent event, Shah Rukh was probed about the same, to which he coolly and calmly replied, putting an end to all the rumours.

Well, our birdies had told us long back that Sanjay Leela Bhansali is working on the biopic of veteran lyricist-writer Sahir Ludhianvi, in which Shah Rukh will be playing the titular role. Perhaps, this is the movie for which Kangana is being considered. Sahir Ludhianvi had a beautiful love story with author Amrita Pritam, and that is the character which the female lead will be playing.

Quite a strong one, we must say. We really hope that we get to see these two powerhouse performers together in this movie which is going to be one amazing biopic.
