Shah Rukh Khan’s latest tweet CONFIRMS Dunki won’t budge from Christmas date to avoid clash with Salaar

After the release of Pathaan and Jawan and seeing their phenomenal box office collections, fans are quite excited about Dunki. Given that Dunki is said to release in Christmas, fans were quite pumped to see Dunki where he is teaming up with Rajkumar Hirani. However, fans were also a bit upset as the film was going to clash with Salaar. There were reports stating that Dunki will be clashing with Prabhas starrer Salaar: Ceasefire Part 1.

Though there has been no confirmation on Salaar release date, we are certain that Dunki is going to conquer Christmas and refused to budge. During the latest #AskSRK session, a fan asked about the release date of Dunki and SRK gave a sassy answer while also hinting at the clash with Salaar. Shah Rukh then replied, “Dunki Fixed hi hai. Aur kya karoon Maathe pe gudwa loon!!!!” Well, this only means that it will be Shah Rukh Khan Vs Prabhas at the box office.

Now, it is to be seen if the director Prashanth Neel will shift the dates of Salaar. The action flick’s release date has been changed multiple times before. Earlier, Prabhas and Shruti Hasaan starrer was going to hit the big screens on April 14, 2022. Later, it was shifted to September 28, 2023. Now, it has been reported that the movie will be released on 22 December 2023. Well, we are still waiting for the official announcement.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkummar Hirani are teaming up for Dunki for the first time. It is the most awaited movie as it brings two prolific people together. The movie also stars Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani and Satish Shah. On the other hand, Prabhas and Prashanth Neel are also coming together for the first time. After the mega success of KGF 1 and 2, fans have a lot of expectations from Salaar.
