WHAT! Shah Rukh Khan starrer Dunki to get POSTPONED to avoid clash with Prabhas starrer Salaar? Report

The hype for Shah Rukh Khan starrer Dunki and Prabhas starrer Salaar: Part 1 Ceasefire is high and there’s no denying that. Fans of SRK and Prabhas are waiting with bated breaths for both films to release and shatter the box office. Previously, the audience was up for a delight as Dunki and Salaar were slated to release in December. Now, as per reports, Dunki and Salaar might not witness a box office clash.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki to get postponed?

After delivering massive hits with Pathaan and Jawan, Shah Rukh Khan is all set to impress his huge fan following with Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki. Meanwhile, Prabhas is geared to jolt the audience with Prashanth Neel’s Salaar. Both films were slated to release in December this year. However, as per reports, SRK’s Dunki might get postponed, but there is no official confirmation yet.

Film trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan took to his Twitter handle and wrote, “Buzz: #SalaarVsDunki X #ShahRukhKhan’s #Dunki likely to get POSTPONED. #Prabhas’ #Salaar to get a SOLO record release.”

As per reports, the post-production work for Dunki is taking time. Due to this, the Shah Rukh Khan starrer might get postponed, and his fans may have to wait a little bit longer.

Speaking of Salaar, the makers had officially announced the release date of the Prabhas starrer. Apart from Prabhas, the upcoming film also stars Shruti Haasan and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead roles. After being postponed, Prashanth Neel’s Salaar is slated to hit the cinemas on 22nd December, 2023.

Interestingly, Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal is set to witness a box-office clash with Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur. Both films will hit the theatres on 1st December, 2023.
