Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his family members will move out of their sea-facing Bandra residence, Mannat temporarily. Reportedly, the Khan family will shift to lavish duplex apartments in Pali Hill which the actor recently leased.

Shah Rukh Khan Rents Pali Hill Flat For ₹24 lakh

Shah Rukh Khan’s house Mannat is set for a grand transformation, and that is the reason why SRK and his family members are relocating temporarily, as per the reports of Hindustan Times. Reportedly, the renovation is expected to take around two years and will start in May. The family will move to the Pali Hill apartment during the renovation of Mannat.

As per the latest reports, Shah Rukh Khan has rented two lavish duplex apartments in Pali Hill worth Rs 24.15 lakh per month. The lease agreements span a period of 36 months (three years).

On the work front, the father-daughter duo will be next seen in an action thriller film which has been titled The King. It will be directed by Sujoy Ghosh. As per the reports, the budget of the film is Rs 200 crore.

Reportedly, The King will feature Shah Rukh as a mentor to Suhana’s character and is going to be in the same zone as the 1994 acclaimed actioner Leon.
